At Céleste™, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality luxury products. We understand that sometimes an item may not fully meet your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to make a return.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Customized or limited edition products are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Procedure
Contact our customer service at contact@celeste.com with your order number to initiate a return.
A return label and instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless we are at fault.
Please ensure that the items are properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
3. Refunds
Once the items are received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to validate the return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will make sure to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to obtain a different item, we encourage you to return your product and place a new order.
